An In-depth, thorough Health History is taken by your practitioner, allowing you to tell your story whilst establishing your desired goals of treatment.

 

Discover:

  • The root issue of your complaint is

  • Understand how long things will take to get better

  • Outline what you and your practitioner will need to focus on to reach your goals

2. Examination & Hands On Care >>

 

Thorough top to toe examination of the body to identify problem areas which will be addressed with subsequent treatment. We utilise targeted soft tissue Massage, Joint movement and Manipulation (cracking) & Dry-needling to:
 

  • Reduce Pain

  • Increase Range of Motion

  • Restore Normal Strength & Function

3. Exercise Rehab >>

Tailored exercise programming to Encourage confident, pain-free movement, prevent injury and improve performance

Laura graduated from Deakin University in 2018 following where she obtained her double degree in Bachelor of Nursing / Bachelor of Midwifery. 

 

Since graduating, Laura has worked across numerous public hospitals and areas of nursing and midwifery, building her skills and knowledge whilst helping and caring for those in need. 

Laura has recently returned to the workforce after becoming a mum, welcoming her daughter in 2022 and now manages the team and the daily runnings of the clinic.

 

On weekends, you’ll find Laura spending time with her family and friends, as well as enjoying a cheeky glass of wine.
